Development and implementation of shared value partnership
The shared value initiative was established in 2011 to promote the work of Michel Porter and Mark Kramer from Harvard Business school, in the field of Creating Shared Value (CSV).
The strategies within CSV identify how a company can create economic value while simultaneously adding value to society by addressing social needs and challenges. Corporate social responsibility is thus incorporated into the core business model.
